What is the noise level in different speed level?

The loudness varies for each model but the loudness at highest speed is lower than 65 decibels. 

How to clean the baffle filters?

The baffle filters are dishwasher friendly so you can just detach them and put them in your dishwasher. You can also detach them and wash/rinse them in your sink. 

What is your warranty?

We provide you with 1 year limited parts warranty and lifetime motor warranty.

Where can I get the user manual if I lost it?

You can contact us at info@vesta.kitchen if you lost your user manual. We will supply you with an electronic version or paper version.

Can I replace Halogen lights with LEDs?

Yes, you can. However, please make sure the length of the LED light matches your Halogen one. 

I have a gas stove, is your product strong enough for a gas stove?

Yes, our products are designed to suit all types of stove. Just make sure you leave enough height for the range hood. 

Can you deliver the product?

Yes. We can deliver to most areas in Canada and United States. 

Why does a range hood have a filter even if it is vented out into a chimney?

The filter helps to keep cooking greases from coating the inside of the unit as well as your pipe. It also does a great work to reduce damages caused by cooking fire (let’s hope it does not happen). Without a filter the flame might do damage to your pipe and interior of your roof.

What are range hoods used for?

A range hood is mainly used to draw cooking smell, cooking steam, and cooking smoke out from above the cooking stove and to expel them outside the dwelling.

What are some tips to keep my range hood clean and efficient?

Ideally, the best tip is to clean as you go. It might sounds a lot of effort but it is really not. Because there is no way you can avoid grease spatter, the easiest thing for you is to keep a wet cloth/sponge handy and use it constantly.
