- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- During high-demand periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing may take up to 4-5 business days.
2. Shipping Rates and Categories
- Free Shipping: All range hoods priced over CAD $200 qualify for free shipping.
- Accessories and Parts: A flat shipping fee of CAD $20 applies to all accessory and part orders.
- Other Appliances: Appliances such as ranges, cooktops, and dishwashers weighing over 50 lbs are subject to a shipping fee (except for range hoods). Rates vary by location and shipping zone.
3. Free Shipping and Pickup Zones
- We offer free shipping and free pickup within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and the Greater Vancouver region.
4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- We offer three shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
- Delivery times may vary based on the destination, carrier delays, and external factors such as weather or natural disasters.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Address Changes and Delivery Issues
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
- If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact our Customer Support Team immediately at 905-886-5858. Please note that address changes may delay your shipment.
- Vesta is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- For damaged shipments, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- For lost shipments, contact us directly, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
